The Theatre 145 is available for rental by outside groups.  Rental of the theatre for business meetings, private parties or other events is encouraged. The theatre is available for rental by music and concert promoters. 

Your venue features a 220 seat auditorium with theater seating, VIP tables and a full stage and lighting system.  In addition to other amenities, our venue is the only one of its kind in the City of Erie maintaining a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system.  

The Theatre 145 also offers a spacious coffeehouse where local musicians, actors, magicians and other artists perform in a cabaret setting.
